sis problem, 3.6

So I picked up a brand new Walmart (Microtel) US$199 computer for an
inexpensive system to build file systems for several Soekris boxes.  I
replaced the Linux HD with another HD from a working OpenBSD 3.6 install.
I'm having some odd problems with the sis driver, I can't get any network
traffic to traverse the interface, unless I put it into promiscous mode.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with an interupt conflict, below
is the dmesg from the system.

The system actually quit responding for awhile, but it just started
responding again.

There doesn't appear that a lot has changed in the sis driver between 3.6
and 3.7.
