pciide + SiS661FX/963L

I purchased a barebones case last week to be used as an OpenBSD box 
(mostly used for sharing data and playing mp3s). I get timeouts on the 
hard drive when pciide is enabled. The system boots fine if I disable in 
UKC, and I even tried to hardcode the flags to 0001 per the man page, 
but still barfed out.
