The 3 Broadcom NICs definitely will not work with 3.6. I added support for
these cards after 3.6. The QLogic 2Gbps Fibre Channel cards should be
be supported, but it appears that you're having some sort of interrupt
mapping problem.
Try a -current snap, see if the NICs at least work. Maybe the situation
with the QLogic cards will have been resolved too.
