Here we go again - Open Office

So, I hate be the munch who keeps bringing up
the topic (but!) cause I am sure the knowledgeable
people have things to do, but I will anyway :)

I was just out hunting around again checking updates
on things and I note the OpenOffice porting page shows
just about every OS on the planet has been ported except
OpenBSD! WTF? Is there some technical reason it won't
port? or is this just some license stuff?

before you bother with the 'please supply code' stuff,
I am not that smart so don't bother. Just asking the question,
which is why? Is there something I can do to help someone do this?
I'd be very willing to give access to resources and my time if it helps.
