portable version of mg

Hi,

For people who can't live without Theo even when they are in
penguinland:

I just created a portable version of mg.

    http://www.xs4all.nl/~hanb/software/mg/


It's not perfect yet but I'll keep working on it. For instance
file completion with c-x c-f doesn't work atm. I must have missed
something.

I tested it on GNU/Linux. I know there is a working port for
FreeBSD. So if you find improvements for other platforms please
let me know.
