Port of OmniORB 3.0.4

Hi,

I am working on turning my (trivial) patch to compile under OpenBSD
3.0 into a real port.  OmniORB is a Corba 2-compliant ORB developed by
Olivetti Labs in the UK (now AT&T).  More info on OmniORB is at:

I will let you know when I've digested and executed the instructions
to turn it into a port.
