In bsd.port.mk HOME is set to this value and added to MAKE_ENV, so
whenever a port tries to write to $HOME, it tries writing to
foobar_writes_to_HOME which does not exist and results in the warning
printed.
This is normally a sign for you to apply a patch to configure, taking
care of this test. Ports should neither write to HOME nor to SYSCONFDIR
or PREFIX.
