new: mail/milter-regex

Spending the day reading the excellent owl book and being annoyed by
swen, the result is yet another milter plugin for regex matching, this
one allowing basic and extended REs as I want them. Allows to break all
sorts of RFCs and stops swen reliably (in and outgoing) with rules like

  reject Swen worm
  header /^(TO|FROM|SUBJECT)$/e //
  header /Content-type/ /boundary="Boundary_(ID_/
  header /Content-type/ /boundary="[a-z]*"/

http://www.benzedrine.cx/milter-regex.html, in case the attachment gets
stripped.
