cfengine/nagios

I use both of these tools on OpenBSD. There is no port for nagios, and
cfengine has an ancient (cfengine-1.4.12) port.

I might be willing to maintain ports of them, but I wanted to make sure
no one else was already working on this.

They both build fine without patches, so I suspect most of the work
would just be in writing the ports infrastructure around them. And maybe
doing some auditing, though I'll admit to not having much experience in
that realm.
