Based on a grep of PLISTs:
$LOCALBASE/share/texmf-local
print/foiltex
print/ppower4
print/prosper
russian/pscyr
$LOCALBASE/share/texmf
math/R
print/dvipdfm
print/jadetex
textproc/lgrind
lgrind is maintained by marc@ which was what made me think that was the
most correct way. Anyway, consistency would be nice, I don't
particularly care where things go.
I have updated the tarball to use texmf-local:

http://zentience.mongers.org/tmp/memoir.tar.gz.MD5
Have a nice day
Morten
