Just as for the mail/signify port, the silly P variable in the
Makefile was just removed. The port is still at the same URL.
I've also shortened the DESCR file a tiny bit (people should
read the man page, really). It now just reads "This is xbuffy,
an xbiff-like X program designed to watch multiple mail folders
for new mail." There's not very much else to say anyway.
