problems pkg_add'ing emacs

Hi,

I'm try to trouble shoot following problem:

cannings_(_at_)_l7:all$ sudo pkg_add emacs-21.3.tgz
Error writing to /usr/local/bin/emacs:  at 
/usr/libdata/perl5/OpenBSD/Ustar.pm line 260.
emacs-21.3: complete
Installation of emacs-21.3 failed, partial installation recorded as 
borked.1 at /usr/libdata/perl5/OpenBSD/Add.pm line 138

Does anyone have any suggestions. I think it is breaking while untaring 
the emacs executable as it's md5 is incorrect.
