I am working on boinc. I can compile it fine, with one warning, on a
fc3 linux. This process involves running automake 1.92. On openbsd
3.6, the automake is 1.4 and this generates numerous issues that seem to
be automake version related. In other words, the authors are taking
advantage of facilities that are in 1.92, but are not supported in 1.4.
It would seem to me that this is a common problem porters would run
into. Please advise.
