PostgreSQL 8, more testing needed

Hi

I have an upgrade to PostgeSQL 8 mostly ready.  There are, however,
many ports depending on PostgreSQL, so I would really have this very
carefully tested to prevent any breaks.

Until now I did not find any depend port that does not build and the
ones I was able to test work (e.g. PHP5).

I was not able to verify proper functionality of all the dependend
packages.  So if you maintain a port that depends on PostgreSQL,
could you please test if it works properly with version 8?

I have attached the port as a diff to the current in-tree port and
as a tar.gz archive.

Please send me any comments or patches.

PS:  It is not planned to upgrade PostgreSQL before the 3.7 release.
