Re: qemu port (ready for testing!!!)

I've updated the qemu port previously submitted.

New this round:
- uses /dev/tun* as available
- more patches incorporated from the FreeBSD port (please check my fp math!)
- fixes from Gustavo Luiz to allow obey'ing CFLAGS and LDFLAGS
- install qemu-img, an app to create and convert virtual hard drive images

I believe this is ready to go in.

Please test and let me know otherwise soon.

I understand that in 0.6.2 (which is not yet released) there are fixes that
permit m$ 2k and xp to boot beyond the initial install. I have not tracked
down which change(s) fix this, it would be nice if someone did so so this
can include those fixes as well.

Also available at http://todd.fries.net/ports/qemu-0.6.1.tgz

Thanks!
