port request:pnm2ppa

Since I have a stupid winprinter (HP-DJ-710C), 
I have to use the program pnm2ppa. It compiles
and runs without any problems under OpenBSD.
However, I am sure that there are a few OpenBSD
users who inherited such winprinters form their
M$ days. So, a port for this program would be
nice. If you have some extra time, please
consider porting it to OpenBSD.
