Update: devel/glib2

Hi all,

I've an update for devel/glib2 from 2.8.3 to 2.8.4 here:

http://www.lectroid.net/ports/glib2.diff

The big change in this port is a move to USE_LIBTOOL by using some 
'post-install:' trickery to work around a libtool vs. -pthread issue.

As this is a required library for quite a few ports, I'd like some other 
eyes on this.
