Log message:
integrate latest code from timr_(_at_)_probo_(_dot_)_com as found on
<URL:http://www.probo.com/timr/savagemx.html>. This bumps the savage
driver version from 1.0.11 to 1.0.16.  Changes include:

* Workaround for the 'Text Scrolling' bus lock, see README for details.
* remove dead code
* recognize ProSavage/133
* WaitIdle + WaitCommandEmpty -> WaitIdleEmpty
* Fix error messages

Tested on my T20 ThinkPad.  OK matthieu@
