We must identify the boot cpu before TLB flushing can work correctly.
This is an interim solution until we make the identifycpu function DTRT.
Setup the initial IDT gates in a way we can track descriptors free and
in use.
Do not overwrite boot arguments with the PTP for first 4MB.
