Speaking of problems with reboot, I have a machine here that I can execute
the reboot command with, but whenever I bring the machine back up fsck
finds a ton of errors with the filesystems. I have even done a
sync;sync;reboot, same deal on boot up. If I just halt the machine,
nothing seems to be amiss, I suspect reboot is halting the machine too
quick without closing up some temporary files or syncing data. Any ideas?
