I have a acer 6x/IDE/atapi cdrom, nothing special freebsd etc pick it up
with no problems what so ever. I booted the 2.3 CD<cd1> and installed
openbsd, it found the drive, everything worked, so i installed openbsd
rebooted from the HD and my new system couldent find the cdrom. So
i compiled a new kernel from generic and made sure it had the acd line in
it, wich it did, still no luck. I then removed ISAPNP and NTP both of
wich i heard may be causeing this, still no luck. Anyone have any ideas ?
i have all devices removed from generic except those wich i need to boot
and read the cdrom<hopefully>
