atapi cdrom

having trouble getting atapi cdrom to work correctly in -current, works
fine with 2.3 and 2.2. i tried mounting cdrom'sand playing audio cd's

mount_cd9660: /dev/acd0a on /mnt: Input/output error

same error in cdio>.
