I am running an OpenBSD mirror in New Zealand. It's colocated in
Auckland's Sky Tower, at around 200m above ground level, which I
believe makes it one of the highest OpenBSD mirror sites in the
world :) :)
More to the point, it's 100Mbit/s away from the Auckland Peering
Exchange, to which a growing number of local operators are
Bringing Their Fibre (tm). It might seem slow from the rest of
the world, but it's fast if you're here.
ftp.nz.openbsd.org is currently a CNAME for ftp.clear.net.nz,
but unfortunately the clear people removed the OpenBSD mirror
from their ftp server as soon as I left the company (boo, hiss).
Although this new mirror is a work in progress, it's significantly
more useful than the one at ftp.clear.net.nz as far as OpenBSD is
concerned.
I am mirroring:
+ 2.5 binary distribution for i386, sparc
+ 2.6 binary distribution for i386, sparc
+ 2.5 binary patch sets (on the way)
+ 2.6 binary patch sets
+ full source
direct from ftp.openbsd.org (in the absense of other instructions).

Big plug for Oliver Fromme's "omi", which is FTP mirror software
that certainly doesn't suck: http://fromme.com/omi/
