ONLY the ATM card listed in supported hardware??

Is the only atm card that can possibly work in openbsd the one listed on
the supported hardware list?  I have a FORE atm card and in the dmesg, it
comes up and it sees it just fine and it knows where it is and what it
is.  but it says it is not configured.  would this be a simple matter to
remedy?  if so, how?  i have never had to add a new device file before.

this is the line in dmesg pertaining to the nic:

"FORE Systems ATM PCA-200e" rev 0x00 at pci0 dev 15 function 0 not
configured
