OpenSSH VPN

Does anyone have a good how-to on establishing an ssh/ppp
VPN with OpenBSD?  I'm in a situation where I need to set up
a tunnel through a PIX via port 22.  I've been combing the
man pages and the online docs, but I haven't found much. 
I've found all kinds of Linux how-tos, but most of them
require pty-redir or custom software.

Any help is appreciated.
