Important change for -current trackers

Hi,

I've renamed the file /usr/libexec/auth/login_krb-or-pwd to login_krb4-or-pwd,
and that makes it important that you change the "auth-defaults" and
"auth-ftp-detaults" fields in /etc/login.conf. 

The simplest way is to do this is tocopy version 1.6 of src/etc/login.conf
to /etc.
