After learning a bit about UsrKernConf <UKC>, I turned on the verbose mode, 
and found the hangup occurs on isapnp0 interrogation.

OK, This problem has to do NOW with the 'isapnp0' not 'ahc*'

UKC>disable isapnp0 ... and QUIT resumes the booting, but then I get a Panic 
because the Kernel assumes that the filesystem is on sd0a when it is 
supposed to be on sd1a <where I installed it..>

I still have to take a minute to figure this multi-boot thing out with 2 
SCSI drives, Win95 on sd0 and oBSD on sd1.

Alas, the DMESG for mine will be different than PR::1623, now that I see the 
difference in verbose mode in UKC> Will attempt to update soonest as I 
figure out how this stuff works...
