vnode locking

there is a diff converting openbsd fs's to do vnode locking like netbsd
available at http://www.ifost.org.au/~peterw/new-vlock.diff (~140k). its
diff'ed off -current updated this morning.

back up your vnode_if.src, add option NEW_VLOCK to your config and
remove option LOCKDEBUG if you had it. it hoses vnode_if.src, i dont
know awk but will fix this later, sorry about that for the mo.

filesystems that have been done are:

ffs + softdep (extattr not looked at, sorry)
nullfs
kernfs
fdescfs
portalfs
cd9660
fifofs

a relevant netbsd-tech-kern post:

cheers
