I know Theo doesn't like subject lines and doesn't care about this,
but the convention beginning to be adopted as a standard by common
usage on other mailing lists is for the list manager to preface subject
lines with the mailing list name in square brackets as I have done
with this message. It helps with differentiation of list traffic from
other mail in visual scanning by humans and automated processing by
machines. Does anyone else think this might be a good idea for the
openbsd lists to differentiate traffic when it arrives into one
common mailbox?
Just an idea from someone who arguably subscribes to too many
lists and gets too much mail... :-)
