Well I wanted to make this a decent report but I won't make it since
boot dump does not work. I have to type it all.
First the boot dump error:

Now the crash error:
The situation is like this: I have a desktop system and a firewall with openbsd current. If I reboot the desktop I get the same crash. But this crash is caused by rebooting the firewall!
The nfs partitions were not mounted.
