I downloaded the floppy images several times and made all three 
disks.  None of them would configure my Adaptec 2940 SCSI 
controller.  I finally made a bootable CD with the cdrom31.fs file and 
all went well from there.  Was there an error in the image files? or 
am I just being stupid?
