I'm not sure where to ask this question, but how do I setup OpenBSD to
be a certificate server?

What I'm asking is I think: In Thunderbird there is the option to sign
and encrypt messages. How to I setup a sinlge certificate, and how do
I setup a database on the server so I can email anyone in the compnay
safely?

Is there a good book on these things?
