During the verse, the second guitar continues on the above chords
while Mac only hits the E5 for one beat two times.  Listen to the
song and you'll understand what I mean.

Chorus
I don't have this completely right.  When my band played this, I 
would ring out a rhythm on the E5 for the entire chorus, including the
three open strings (G, B, and E).  The other guitar plays the chorus.
If both guitars play the chorus, it sounds choppy.  The ringing E5 fills
things in nicely.
