Of course, the Clinton campaign is suggesting that it's the Obama campaign that's playing the race card. I wonder if this frame will affect his campaign, considering that it's likely that his support among white voters is due partially to the fact that he has assiduously avoided discussing issues of race. Will this hurt Obama in the remaining primaries, or in the general election? Will he be perversely forced to ignore racist attacks for fear of alienating white voters?
