you get dark pictures of the drywall and scraps. you can tell that because there are scraps, that wall has drywall under it, right? RIGHT? better pics later.

drywall, with the exception of one piece, is up. here are the pics:

we found some magical mystery mudders/tapers, and primed today:

when you have to put in a floor, you move everything out of your kitchen and dining room so you can create a template and lay the floor down and lay the floor on the template and then cut it. our living room got very full.
new floor! it is very similar to the old floor, but we wanted to stay neutral and this floor is "warmer".

i am in SJ. zac had some busy worker bees over to help install the ikea cabinets, which arrived the day before i left to SJ. the faces are not on the cabinets in any of these pictures.
